Curtis Media Group has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant based out of our Raleigh office.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and able to multi-task. Every day will be different as you support the work of some of the most admired brands in the communities Curtis Media Group serves.

Overall responsibilities include: General office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including answering and routing incoming calls, managing the reception area, mail, requisitioning supplies, supporting promotions and activities on a day-to-day basis. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential in this job.

Necessary Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Omega Phone System, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Office 360.
  • Experienced with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Minimum two to five years experience in an administrative role.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
