Position Overview:

Rock 92.9 and News Talk WPTF are looking for individuals who like being part of a team that helps companies and consumers come together. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with an assigned account list to develop advertising programs.
  • Prospect and develop strategies to boost sales and acquire new businesses.
  • Taking a marketing approach to advertising revenue generation.
  • Execute a Solutions based approach.
  • Present ideas and campaigns to clients.
  • Utilize Radio, Digital, Events, Podcasting and more as media options.

 

Requirements:

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree -preferred in Marketing and/or Communications/PR
  • Marketing sales experience is preferred but not required (training is available)
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs
  • Detail focused and outcomes orientated
  • Extremely thorough and organized
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Communication skills
